This policy explains how REDAA SRL, operating Boucherie Léopold I, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this site and the online ordering service, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below:

  • Contact details: phone number and, where applicable, email address.
  • Order data: items ordered, pickup date and time, amounts, any notes.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited (cookies essential to the operation of the site).
  • Exchanges: content of messages sent via the contact form or the online assistant.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing your order (preparation, pickup, payment, follow-up), legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Communication related to the order (confirmation, reminder, modification), legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Accounting and tax obligations, legal basis: legal obligation.
  • Site security (fraud prevention, technical logging), legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Service improvement and aggregated statistics, legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to authorised persons within REDAA SRL. We use carefully selected processors who are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR:

  • Cloud hosting provider (site and server infrastructure).
  • Technical provider for order, catalogue and back-office management.
  • Secure payment provider for processing any deposits.
  • Email and SMS notification provider for order confirmations.

No data is resold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some technical processors may host or process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission).

6. Retention period

  • Order data: kept for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes (Belgian legal obligation).
  • Written exchanges: kept for 12 months after the last contact.
  • Technical logs: kept for 6 months maximum.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time:

  • Right of access to your data.
  • Right to rectification.
  • Right to erasure (except legal retention obligation).
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to portability.
  • Right to object on legitimate grounds.

To exercise these rights, simply send your request to contact@boucherieleopold.be. We will respond within one month. If there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask for additional information to identify you (for example your order number).
