We collect only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below:
- Identity: first and last name provided when placing an order.
- Contact details: phone number and, where applicable, email address.
- Order data: items ordered, pickup date and time, amounts, any notes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited (cookies essential to the operation of the site).
- Exchanges: content of messages sent via the contact form or the online assistant.

- Order data: kept for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes (Belgian legal obligation).
- Written exchanges: kept for 12 months after the last contact.
- Technical logs: kept for 6 months maximum.
